When you want to reconnect your authenticator app to your phone or browser, just follow the following steps:
- Log in to the WebApp;
- Go to settings;
- Go to security ;
- Delete the installed “app”, by clicking on the bin;
- Set up a new authenticator app, by using the button “set up”.
Note! When you do this, make sure to download the back-up codes that are provided to you in the end! You can use these back-up codes when you, for whatever reason, are unable to login via the authenticator app or SMS code.
